Accommodation

The conference will take place in „Hotel Belvedere” conference center in Zakopane.

Participants will be accommodated in double and single rooms according to their preference.

Cost of participation

The full cost of participation  is 2950 PLN for accommodation in a double room or 3500 PLN for  accommodation in a single room. These amounts include a conference fee of 550 PLN. The cost of participation for an accompanying person is 2400 PLN. After July 15th , 2018 will apply additional  late fee of 500 PLN. The given prices include 23% VAT. Here you can check the current  Polish Zloty (PLN) exchange rate.

The number of single rooms available is limited. Rooms will be allocated on the first-come-first-served basis.

The participation fee covers:  accommodation in the „Hotel Belvedere” conference center, full board, bus transfer from Krakow to Zakopane and back on the first and the last days of the conference and  all social events.
